Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team at Stonebridge Park. This role offers a pathway from graduate to professional QS, with hands-on experience in contract administration, commercial management, tendering, estimating and site surveying.

You will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider teams while building your technical and professional knowledge in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 in Management or Construction.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• An understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Customer-focused approach with commitment to service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration and commercial management.
• Support tendering, estimating and site surveying activities.

Salary: £45,446 plus car allowance (pending pay award)

We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based at Stonebridge Park. This is an excellent

opportunity for a graduate or aspiring Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a supportive environment, gaining hands-on

experience across contract administration, commercial management, tendering, estimating and site surveying activities. You'll work

closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider operational teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality commercial services

while developing your technical and professional knowledge.

What we\'re looking for:
