Join a well-established Graduate programme and begin laying the foundations of becoming a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. As a pivotal member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our homes and communities across the UK.
As a Graduate QS, you will ensure the effective management of site budgets, contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes for customers. This dynamic career offers a blend of budget management, team collaboration, and subcontractor interaction. Ideal for individuals with a degree in construction, civil engineering, mathematics, geography, economics, or land studies, this opportunity offers comprehensive training and development.
Your attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and interpersonal skills will be invaluable assets as you work closely with various teams.
The programme will last between 2 - 4 years depending on your entry level and progression. It includes a 2-year development course to focus on your professional skills, delivered at our client’s specialist Training Hub. You will have the opportunity to attend regular business masterclasses and spend insight days in other departments.
You will also have quarterly reviews with your line manager to identify your development needs and support you in progressing your career to a qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
