The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline, with opportunities for those nearing completion. NEC contracts knowledge and RICS membership pursuit are desirable.

Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or another relevant construction discipline is required.
• Candidates approaching completion of a relevant degree may also be considered.
• Formal study or training relating to NEC contracts is desirable.
• Membership of, or a commitment to work towards membership of, RICS or another recognised professional body is desirable.
