Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Graduate Quality Inspector in Eastbourne to start a career in quality within a manufacturing environment. Qualificações

• Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Graduate or early-career candidate seeking a career in quality inspection.
• Some understanding of drawings, tolerances, or inspection from studies or placement.
• Willingness to learn SPC and AQL methods.
• Interest in metrology with CMM and Faro Arm.
• Interest in ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, communicating quality issues clearly.
• Raise NCRs and support suppliers in prompt resolutions.
• Investigate non-conformances via root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Act as a contact for quality concerns between shop floor and suppliers.
• Apply correct AQL inspection plans based on supplier performance and product criticality.
• Inspect sub-assemblies against drawings using metrology equipment including CMM and Faro Arm.
• Support ISIRs and FAIRs.
• Record deviations against drawings and specs.
• Develop understanding of geometric tolerancing and datum points.
• Learn ISO 2859-1:1999 sampling procedures for inspection by attributes.
