Job summary

VACGEN LTD is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify components against drawings, support supplier quality, and drive continuous improvement. The role offers exposure to advanced metrology and ISO 9001 aligned processes within a supportive manufacturing environment.

You will develop skills with handheld and advanced inspection equipment, including work at CNC machines and first-off inspections, while ensuring traceability and compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Read and understand technical drawings including geometric tolerancing.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments.
• Experience with tight tolerances.
• Proficient with handheld metrology tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components against drawings using metrology equipment.
• Raise NCRs and support root cause analysis.
• Communicate quality concerns with suppliers and teams.
• Maintain inspection records and traceability.
• Support inspections at CNC machines and first-off inspections.
