The role

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on various major UK infrastructure projects. Our 3-year graduate development program aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards on our projects.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
• Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure understanding and implementation of quality plans by all employees and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance of construction works on site and relevant documentation according to Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and technical standards.
• Assist in preparing reports for the senior Quality team.
• Support investigations and audits with the Project Quality Manager.
• Advise on quality requirements and best practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
• Promote customer requirements across the business.
• Adopt and promote Ferrovial Construction UK’s vision and values.
• Take ownership of assigned work.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations on-site.
• Support environmental and sustainability policies and procedures.
