Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer (Post Graduate Apprentice)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Chassis Quality Assurance Department. Working from our state-of-the-art campus in Milton Keynes, you will be immersed into the heart of our manufacturing facility which includes some of the industry’s most impressive systems and technology that underpin the manufacture and assembly of critical chassis component.

As our Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer (Post Graduate Apprentice) you will work in a supported and structured learning environment to achieve a Level 7 Post Graduate Engineering Diploma via an apprenticeship. You will gain Practical experience to ensure components are to the correct quality and specification during manufacture and that specified processes and procedures are adhered to.

Your role:

  • To work as a cohesive harmonious team and demonstrate One Team behaviours.
  • Develop the Skills required to be fully capable of carrying out all Inspection processes used at Red Bull Technology Ltd (RBT), attaining All relevant Approvals.
  • Gain the Experience and knowledge to be able to complete Part to CAD inspection, using appropriate measuring devices for both hard probing and laser scanning methods, analysis of results and accurate reporting of route cause dimensional issues.
  • Completion of inspection reports, managing communication of issues with the NCR system and liaison with designers to establish fit for purpose of components.
  • Establish good relationships and clear communication with peers and other departments.
  • Working with all areas of Quality Assurance to feedback and improve their capabilities
  • Gain an Understanding of Manufacturing Processes to better influence Inspection Strategies
  • Support and understand the company continuous improvement policy by Assisting with writing and updating procedures to reflect best Practise.
  • Assist other supply chain areas with ad-hoc requests and process best-practices.
  • To assist the Department in investigating current and future trends in all aspects of Dimensional Inspection.
  • Supporting with times of increased workload such as event turnaround and car build and achieve a level of competence to represent the department trackside.
  • Complete Level 7 Post Graduate Apprenticeship programme, ensuring all off the job training and associated assignments are completed.

To be considered you will need:

  • To have completed an Engineering Degree
  • To be able to attend our Assessment Centre on the 15th / 16th of September 2025
  • To be 18 or over
  • To have been a resident in the UK for the last 3 years
  • To be able to travel to Portsmouth university once a month over the course of 3 years
