Job summary

Arup is seeking graduates for its Programme, Project Management and Procurement Advisory teams in the UK. You will help plan, deliver and manage major infrastructure programmes across transport, energy, water and public sectors.

You will develop business cases, governance, risk management and procurement strategies, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable outcomes. Applications close 16 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Full working rights in the country of application.
• No more than 12 months of full-time experience in a comparable role.
• Recently graduated or on track to graduate before employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of complex projects and programmes, enabling governance and monitoring.
• Assist in developing business cases, delivery strategies and project management documentation.
• Contribute to project controls activities, including risk management and reporting.
• Support procurement and commercial strategies, identifying routes to market.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable infrastructure solutions.
