Job summary

Gleeds is launching its construct graduate programme, inviting graduates to grow into project management roles shaping the built environment. From day one you’ll support senior Project and Programme Managers on world-class projects, with a clear path to chartered status and professional accreditation.

You’ll receive structured development, financial support for accreditation, and access to industry-leading training as you progress toward full qualification within a collaborative, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence with MS Office tools.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a team mindset.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• A degree or masters (completed or completing by August 2027) within project management or built environment disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project and Programme Managers in delivering high-quality services that meet client requirements.
• Ensuring all project deliverables comply with business procedures and standards.
• Assisting with the administration of contracts (as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager).
• Preparing and presenting reports, documents, and updates to clients.
• Contributing to bid preparation and business development activities.
• Checking that all quantitative and financial information is independently verified and maintaining records of those checks.
