Hireful is seeking a Junior/Graduate Project Manager for a global engineering firm near Middlesbrough. This could be your first big ownership role, leading cross-functional projects from planning to production and delivery.

With a salary of £40-45k and an on-site Monday–Friday schedule, the role includes excellent benefits, 32 days leave (rising with service), profit-sharing, and a generous pension. You will be the face of projects to customers and drive collaboration across Engineering,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of PM experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Formal PM qualification (APM/PRINCE2/Agile) required.
• Strong communication and the ability to manage a schedule; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of multiple projects (internal R&D and external contracts).
• Work hands-on with Engineering and Manufacturing to meet time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
• Provide frequent updates and manage expectations for internal leadership and external clients.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasting, and mitigate risks proactively.
