Burns & McDonnell in Glasgow seeks a Graduate Project Manager to assist with EPC project administration, safety, quality, scheduling, cost control, contracts, procurement, and client interface on electrical transmission & distribution ventures. You will support bid packages, RFPs, and project staffing, while helping maintain project controls and documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in construction management or related field, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in construction management, engineering or a related field is required or applicable experience substituted.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access) and familiarity with project software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors and procurement.
• Assist the Project team in building client relationships and interfacing with the client for proposals and project items.
• Assist with contract administration, RFP package development, bid/selection, and scope of work documents.
• Support project controls, including cost reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Prepare internal/external reports, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and status reports.
