Job summary

United Utilities is recruiting a Graduate Project Manager for the Warrington area as part of a 3-year programme. You will support experienced project managers, gain hands-on experience in capital projects, and work across office and site locations to develop essential project controls and leadership skills.

You will be mentored, enrol on APM training, and progress toward Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status while contributing to major investment initiatives in the North West.

Qualifications

• 2:1 in Project Management, Engineering or related field or practical project-management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel between project sites and work across office and site locations.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, governance and delivery of capital projects.
• Coordinate with construction, risk, commercial and operational teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Assist in managing project costs, schedules, risks and performance across multiple programmes.
