Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing client briefs.
  • Help with preparing project execution plans.
  • Assist the project manager with project programmes.
  • Coordinate project teams and design consultants.
  • Prepare tender documents and coordinate information.
  • Communicate phasing details to clients.
  • Assist managing contractor works on site.
  • Update teams with weekly progress review meetings.
  • Administer contract JCT/NEC4.
  • Help with hand over and soft landing processes.

Job Description:

Fusion Project Management operates predominantly in the public sector, with a strong focus on the Education Sector, but also covers Commercial, Residential, Science, and Health Sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a wide range of clients and is looking to recruit a strong and driven candidate into their expanding Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing client briefs
  • Help prepare project execution plans
  • Assist the project manager in developing and maintaining project programmes
  • Serve as a point of contact for coordinating project teams and design consultants
  • Help prepare tender documents and coordinate tender information
  • Communicate project phasing details to clients
  • Assist in managing contractor works on site
  • Participate in weekly project progress review meetings
  • Assist with contract administration (JCT/NEC4)
  • Support handover and soft landing processes with clients

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience with MS Office and MS Project preferred
  • Construction or property-related degree preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
