This is an exciting time to join United Living on our Graduate Programme as the business continues to grow with a significant order book of secured future projects.

We are seeking Graduate Project Managers to join our Infrastructure Services division, which delivers critical resilient infrastructure to improve daily life by partnering with clients for sustainable outcomes. You will be part of our Energy division, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining vital national infrastructure for UK energy transmission and distribution networks.

Graduate Programme Details

The programme lasts two years, offering a tailored development pathway aligned with your discipline. You will participate in virtual and in-person events to develop your business, leadership, and technical skills, working towards professional accreditation.

You will also engage in activities such as our annual innovation challenge, volunteering, and STEM engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will have access to a professional mentor for technical development and a buddy to support your integration into the role.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Summer 2025 with a minimum 2.2 Bachelor's degree in construction project management or related field
• Available to start in September 2025
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation and dedication to complete the development programme
