We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Create and oversee project plans.
2. Manage project tasks and resources according to the project plan and budget.
3. Track and report on project performance, status, and milestones.
4. Communicate effectively with project team members, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
6. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
7. Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• The degree should have been completed no later than 2023, with up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong Business English skills (if not native).
• Strong interest and passion for project management.
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced (often remote) environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
