As a Graduate Project Manager within Arup's IntegratedDeliveryteam,you'llplay a key supporting role in the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects thata better built environment. Yourday-to-dayresponsibilities will include:

• Supporting the delivery of high-quality, coordinated, andtimelyproject outputs that align with client expectations and project goals.
• Assistingin the day-to-day management of project scope, programme, and budget, helping to keep everything on track.
• Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design inputs.
• Helping to prepare key project documentation such as reports, client submittals, meeting minutes, presentations, and project plans.
• Contributing to the organisation and documentation of project meetings, including tracking actions and ensuring follow-up.
• Supporting the Project Manager and senior team with project reporting, progress tracking, and risk identification.
• Assistingin the preparation and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), change control documentation, and contractual records under guidance.
• Engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, subconsultants, and JV partners, to helpmaintainclear communication and project alignment.
• Helping to develop andmaintainproject management tools and systems to support efficient delivery.
• Gaining broad technical awareness to effectively support and understand multidisciplinary project teams.
• Contributing to commercial oversight tasks such as budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and cost reporting, as your experience grows.
• Working as part of a supportive project management community, building solid relationships acrossArupand developing your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Bachelor's degree or a master'sdegree in the field of Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture

• Must be highly motivated,proactiveand willing to take on new challenges
