Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will become a key onsite resource for one of our clients, working closely with senior staff and managing projects end-to-end. Your role is vital in contributing to nationwide Change and IT project success; it’s dynamic, exciting, and each week offers new challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• Possession of an undergraduate degree.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong soft skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
• A passionate interest in Change and IT.
