A leading housing association in London is looking for a Graduate Project Manager for a two-year fixed-term contract. This role offers ambitious graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in project management while working under expert supervision. Successful candidates will develop critical skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling as part of the dynamic Development & Regeneration team.
Title: Graduate Project Manager
Contracts: 2 Years Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Reporting Office: Stratford, London
Persona: Agile (20-40% in office and 3-4 days working from home)
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Our Development & Regeneration team at L&Q is delivering a range of exciting housing regeneration projects, from major estate redevelopments like South Acton, Beam Park and Excalibur, to new in-house opportunities. As a graduate trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the development process. You will build your skills in areas like financial modelling, planning, construction project management, stakeholder engagement and property handovers. Overview of the role:
We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our busy Development and Regeneration team, based in London to train as a Project Manager. You will be involved in a wide variety of project management tasks within a development and regeneration setting. Working closely with internal and external professionals from across the development sector, you will develop technical expertise and gain valuable experience in project management.
You will be engaged in a challenging role from day one and be accountable for your area of responsibility whilst being supported by a project manager and line manager to guide and develop skills where required.
Strong organisation skills are essential to this role as well as excellent communication and an understanding of what first-class customer service skills are.
We are looking for a candidate with resilience, drive, enthusiasm and a passion to help people.
