Purpose of the Role

TheGraduate Project Managerrole offers a structured entry into A2V’s fast-paced project environment. Working closely with experienced Project Managers, Buying Managers, and Product Teams, you will learn how to coordinate orders, manage timelines, and communicate with global suppliers and customers. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree inProject Management or a related field, ready to build a rewarding career through hands-on training and mentorship.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree inProject Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Strong academic understanding of project lifecycles, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Internship or work experience in a project, operations, or retail environment is a plus, but not required.

Progression Pathway

This role is the first step in A2V’sProject Management career path. With successful performance and training, the Graduate Project Manager will transition to:

• Junior Project Manager(typically after 12–18 months)
• Project Manager(2–3 years’ total experience)
• Further progression toSenior Project Manageror cross-functional leadership roles is encouraged.
