As a project manager joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve how we work. You'll be responsible for monitoring the progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolutions to issues, identifying risks in delivery, coordinating with contractors, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

• Accepted Degrees: BSc or MSc in Construction or Engineering related degrees such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management. We will also consider candidates from non-relevant backgrounds, including courses such as Law, Management, and Business-related degrees, with a view to supporting them through chartership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadis skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible, we embrace virtual working).
