Job title: Associate Project Coordinator (Software & IT Projects)

Employment: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Travel: Occasional UK and International Travel

Location: Commutable distance to Skelmersdale, Hybrid/Remote work

Whether you're a recent university graduate, have prior SAP end-user experience, or are seeking a career change, our Associate Academy welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and a hunger for growth. Designed to offer meaningful career pathways, our programme is tailored to nurture early careers and provide purpose-driven roles within the SAP landscape.

In your role as an Associate, your learning and development will be supported by the Academy Programme, which traditionally takes 12 months, where upon successful completion you will be promoted to Project Manager.

As part of the Associate Academy, you can expect:

  1. Experiential training and immersive, project-based learning in a supportive environment.
  2. Soft skills development through our Personal Effectiveness Programme.
  3. Visiting and working with high-profile clients on various software implementation projects.
  4. Working under the guidance of a mentor who will support you throughout the programme.
  5. Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects with distinct quality, within budget and time.
  6. Develop an understanding of different project methodologies, frameworks and business processes.
  7. Be responsible for tasks such as project coordination, creating project status reports and updating risk and issue logs.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge

To thrive in our Associate Academy, you should possess:

  1. Genuine enthusiasm for a career in Project Management.
  2. Strong presentation and effective communication skills.
  3. A desire to work in a customer-facing role, with good stakeholder management ability.
  4. High competence in organization and time management.

We operate a hybrid working model, which means a mixture of homeworking, office and customer site visits. Successful candidates must possess a driver’s licence, live within a commutable distance of our Skelmersdale, Lancashire office and expect to spend 2-3 days in the office per week.
