Graduate Project Coordinator | Disruptive Sport Foundation | London

Harmonic is working exclusively with a fast-growing sports foundation that is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its expanding team.

This foundation was established to make sport accessible for less advantaged families and players. Its programs promote soft skills development, improve mental and physical health, and foster community connections regardless of socioeconomic backgrounds.

The foundation is experiencing rapid growth and seeks bright, ambitious graduates eager to make a positive impact in London communities through football. The team values a non-corporate, fun, and innovative culture, offering comprehensive training and excellent career progression opportunities.

The Role:

This position will focus on ensuring the operational excellence of the league. It offers a great opportunity to gain insights into how a growing charity operates and to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the smooth weekly operation of the league, maintaining high standards of coordination and efficiency.
  2. Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve concerns.
  3. Manage the league’s budget, including club invoicing and running costs.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement strategies for long-term growth.

Essential Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Interest in sports or social impact work.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and driven within the business.

Preferred (Non-Essential) Experience:

  • Corporate experience (full-time or internship).
  • Ambition.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Location: London

Start Date: Summer 2025
