Job summary

Jacobs is seeking high-potential graduates to join the Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the UK. Over two years, you’ll work on Cities & Places and Major Programmes, delivering complex infrastructure projects and gaining hands-on planning experience under mentoring and blended learning.

You’ll develop skills across human and consulting disciplines, champion our strategy, and tailor your learning journey to your interests and strengths, with real project work and supportive leaders.

Qualifications

• Working towards a relevant Degree or Master’s level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or Mathematics.
• Flexible, proactive mindset and motivation to drive your career forward.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning.
• Permanent right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Translate project scopes into CPM schedules that meet objectives and address constraints and risks.
• Apply earned value methodologies and provide regular schedule updates.
• Conduct time impact analysis of changes and report to schedules.
