Jacobs invites ambitious graduates to join the Graduate Development Program (GDP) starting September 2027. You will develop skills in cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management on major infrastructure projects.

This two-year program blends learning with real project work, mentoring and networking. Hybrid working is available, with travel to client sites as needed, within a global engineering leader.

Qualifications

• Be working towards a relevant degree or master's in Construction, Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to meet scope, time, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop knowledge across cost management, scheduling, reporting, change control, project delivery and leadership.
