You will be fully supported on your path to becoming fully accredited—we cover the costs, assist with paperwork, and make the process as smooth as possible.

As a Graduate, you will:

Assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing Gleeds’ internal APC preparation programme and self-development training to attain Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to high-quality service and deliverables.
  • Assisting Cost Managers in the accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Supporting Cost Managers with the preparation of:
  • Order of cost estimates and option studies.
  • Cost plans.
  • Tender documentation and managing the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
  • Assisting in the evaluation and reporting of tenders.
  • Valuation of completed work and arranging payments.
  • Preparation and settlement of final accounts.
  • Administration of construction contracts.
  • Preparing reports for clients.

About You

What you will need:

  • You will have graduated or will be receiving your degree before August 2025.
  • You have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Effective communication skills—both oral and written.
  • Good organisational skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in ICT, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Lively, enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
  • Outgoing, people-oriented, and a team player.
