Job summary

SSE is offering a Programme & Project Services Graduate opportunity across Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness or Perth. Starting September 2027, you’ll rotate through risk, planning and information management while building the skills to support major electricity transmission projects.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and develop analytical, organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 honours degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Project Management, Business Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management).
• Analytical and methodical approach to use data to support decisions.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication and ability to present complex information simply.
• Collaborative team player and able to build relationships with project teams.
• Willingness to develop expertise across risk, planning and information management.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience across risk, planning, reporting and information management.
• Work with teams to understand project information, schedules and risks.
• Rotations across Risk, Planning and Information Management.
