Job summary

RLB’s Future Professionals graduate programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders in construction and related disciplines. The two-year development scheme provides structured training, mentorship from chartered professionals, and accelerated paths toward chartership.

As a Graduate, you will support senior project teams across all phases of projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve objectives and deliver real value.

Qualifications

• A degree (or expected degree) in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support senior members of the Project team in delivering outcomes for clients.
• Contribute to all project phases—from concept through design, construction, to operation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Help ensure actions are taken by the right people at the right time to drive projects forward.
