• Working across capabilities including Workforce Advisory, Talent, and HR Transformation & HR Technology.
• Working across people transformation projects, supporting change, workforce strategy, culture, HR transformation and people technology.
• Analysing data and research to develop commercially sound recommendations for clients.
• Collaborating with teams and clients to design and deliver solutions that improve how organisations work.
• Supporting workshops, reports and proposals that contribute to project delivery and business development.
