Responsibilities

• Investigating and diagnosing façade issues through detailed inspections.

• Contributing to effective maintenance and replacement strategies.

• Advising on design and performance metrics.

• Guiding clients on compliance, risk management and achieving environmental standards, maximizing value.

• Delivering sector exposure across real estate, infrastructure, advisory, defence and energy, and providing commercial, strategic and analytical advice to clients.

• Engaging with clients and colleagues to drive social and environmental change, encourage innovation and create a sustainable future.

• Participating in a personalised training plan and technical training academy to deepen expertise and prepare for future challenges.

• Supporting a collaborative team culture that fosters professional growth.

• Contributing to sustainability, innovation, inclusivity, wellbeing and community impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Academic credentials: a degree (or on‑track) in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, Building Physics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering (minimum 2:1) or an MSc in Facade Engineering.
• Technical acumen: a solid understanding of building surveying technical aspects and genuine interest in the real‑estate and built‑environment sectors.
