This role requires a solid understanding of data modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical), data cleansing, ETL processes, and database design. You will also work with application and visualisation tools to present findings in a compelling and informative manner.
In this role, you will engage directly with clients to gather requirements, interpret data, and communicate insights effectively. Strong logical thinking, analytical capabilities, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, defining business processes, managing product and service improvements, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT). You will support clients in defining and prioritising their information requirements, ensuring these are met throughout the design, construction, and operational phases of a built asset.
Your work will involve conducting model assurance checks, generating performance reports, and advising on the use of digital models to quantify key metrics such as cost, carbon footprint, and health and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of BIM standards and the ability to communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
