Some examples of the types of roles you may experience during the 24 months are:

Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable insights. You will apply analytical and problem-solving techniques to develop data visualisation dashboards and reports that support strategic decision-making. This role requires a solid understanding of data modelling (conceptual, logical, and physical), data cleansing, ETL processes, and database design. You will also work with application and visualisation tools to present findings in a compelling and informative manner.

In this role, you will engage directly with clients to gather requirements, interpret data, and communicate insights effectively. Strong logical thinking, analytical capabilities, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and solving complex business challenges by capturing, analysing, and validating user requirements. You will translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications to support the delivery of products and services. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, defining business processes, managing product and service improvements, and overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT). You will work closely with product owners and data analysts in agile environments to guide the iterative development of solutions through prioritised backlogs.

BIM Consultant

As a BIM (Building Information Modelling) Consultant, you will collaborate with design teams and project managers to ensure the successful delivery and operational integration of digital asset models. You will support clients in defining and prioritising their information requirements, ensuring these are met throughout the design, construction, and operational phases of a built asset.

Your work will involve conducting model assurance checks, generating performance reports, and advising on the use of digital models to quantify key metrics such as cost, carbon footprint, and health and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of BIM standards and the ability to communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Change and Digital Transformation Consultant

As a Change and Digital Transformation Consultant, you will support organisations on their journey toward digital maturity by identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness through digital solutions. You will analyse current operations, define future-state visions, and develop strategic roadmaps to guide clients through transformational change.

This role involves engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from operational to executive—to understand business needs, assess technological capabilities, and design change initiatives that align with organisational goals. You will apply best-practice consulting methodologies to manage benefits realisation, process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.

You will also gain experience in business process modelling, change management, and digital strategy development, working alongside multidisciplinary teams including systems, data, and project management experts. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a passion for digital innovation are essential for success in this role.
