The Programme

Our
comprehensive two-year programme offers:

  • Rooms
    Division
  • Food
    and Beverage
  • Overview of various Head Office departments
  • Mentoring and monthly reviews
  • Business projects

This
hands-on and Supervisory/Team Leader experience across different departments
will provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress within Firmdale
Hotels. Previous graduates have advanced to positions such as Front Office
Managers, Restaurant Managers, Operations Managers, Deputy General Managers,
General Managers and Directors.

Requirements

To
join our programme, you must have:

  • A relevant degree
    and/or a minimum of 12 months related industry experience
  • Enthusiasm and a
    willingness to develop across all areas of our business
  • A genuine passion
    for hospitality and customer service
  • Attention to detail
    and a commitment to excellence
  • Proficiency in
    English, both written and spoken
  • Eligibility to work
    in the UK
