The Opportunity

As an MBA Graduate, you will oversee all aspects of Insurtech Insights, including building and leading a world-class team, and ensuring the successful execution of our conferences and brand strategy.

This role is ideal if you possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, are highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire and lead a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

1. Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
2. Create an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
3. Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations.
4. Execute the strategy swiftly and effectively.
5. Develop the company's brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
6. Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
7. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.
8. Identify opportunities to expand existing business and collaborate on acquiring new clients.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate roles, or startups.
• Bachelor’s degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
