Graduate Rotation Program - Energy & Sustainability

  1. Number of Positions: 2 Commercial/Business Graduates
  2. Program Duration: 20 months, with four rotations of 5 months each
  3. Post-Program: Opportunity to specialise in a chosen field in a permanent role
Program Overview

Graduates will gain broad and deep experience across various departments, contributing meaningfully to the company's energy and sustainability initiatives.

Rotations and Responsibilities
Engineering/Operations-Focused Rotations
  • Manage asset data and ensure accuracy in internal systems and asset registers
  • Coordinate with teams to update asset records and support technical reviews for compliance
  • Support network management and asset adoption processes, including liaising with third parties
  • Assist in safety, compliance, and accreditation activities, including ISO55001 frameworks
  • Prepare asset data for mapping platforms and support design team in technical reviews
Commercial/Business-Focused Rotations
  • Contribute to financial and asset reporting, supporting regulatory compliance
  • Maintain document control and support system improvements
  • Engage in strategic projects to improve service delivery and business processes
  • Research and develop business cases, presenting findings to stakeholders
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or relevant fields
  • Must have full rights to work in the UK; sponsorship not provided

Work Environment
