Job summary

RTX is seeking a Graduate Financial Program Controls Analyst in Malvern. This hybrid role starts around Oct/Nov 2026 and requires collaboration with the Finance team to oversee contracts and drive program performance. You will learn SAP, Power BI, and Excel while growing commercial and analytical capabilities.

You will work with Program Management and wider business functions to deliver accurate financial planning, cost controls, and governance across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical financial oversight and guidance for contracts.
• Partner with Program Management and cross-functional leads to support program execution.
• Support financial planning, reporting and analysis across programs.
• Develop estimates at complete (EACs) and perform EVM activities.
• Support bids and proposals with cost estimates and sound estimating approaches.
