Job summary

Raytheon UK is recruiting a Graduate Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Malvern site, starting Oct/Nov 2026. This hybrid role requires on-site presence 3 days per week and provides exposure to program controls and SAP/Power BI tools.

You will support contracts, bids and monthly reporting, while learning from experienced finance professionals and advancing your commercial acumen within a leading aerospace and defence organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Relevant work experience in a finance-related role.
• Willingness to learn in a commercial finance environment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growing organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and guidance for contracts.
• Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional leads.
• Support financial planning and reporting, including EACs and EVM.
• Develop cost estimates for bids and proposals, ensuring accuracy.
• Assist gate reviews and audits as required.
