Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a qualification in Composite Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to develop and improve manufacturing processes with a focus on automation and advanced machining.
• Experience with CAD/CAM programming and creating technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and composite materials to create bespoke solutions for clients.
• Improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
• Produce 3D models, assemblies and technical drawings using CAD.
• Develop and prove complex machining programmes using CAM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues in manufacturing.
• Work with customers, suppliers and internal teams on technical solutions and product costings.
