As our new Graduate Product Innovation Executive, you'll support the development of new products and services to attract new customers and enhance the holiday experience. You'll be actively involved in bringing the best new ideas to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across all Jet2holidays departments to identify new product opportunities, gather ideas, and lead initial research, making recommendations on prioritization.
• Support the implementation and development of new and existing products, contributing to research and business plans for their launch and promotion.
• Assist with projects of various sizes, tracking timelines and deadlines to ensure smooth product launches.
• Coordinate with multiple departments and suppliers, support project meetings, and prepare presentations for Jet2holidays stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong research, documentation, and summarization skills.
• Highly analytical, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel abroad if required.
• Placement year experience in a business environment or in developing and launching new customer propositions is essential.
