Fusion Group is a prominent international company specialising in the design, manufacture, and distribution of products and services for polyethylene (PE) pipeline systems. ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Graduate Product Development Engineer, you will act as the Design Engineer for new product development and value engineering projects across our Fusion manufacturing sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

The provision of technical drawing and relevant document controls for our Fusamatic factories using AutoCAD 2D, Solidworks 3D CAD and CMM systems

You will be required to plan, control and undertake day to day product modification updates, in line with our engineering change processes and updates to applicable drawing registers.

Issuing relevant new product standards and approvals.

Creating new design and development models to support the development of new and innovative product development initiatives.

ABOUT YOU:

You will be on track to be awarded a degree within Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on 2D and 3D CAD Design

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks etc.)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
