Overview

Are you looking for a graduate position in an exciting company that will support you and your goals? Orano Limited is a nuclear specialist technical consultancy and engineering organisation working across the decommissioning, defence, nuclear new build, medical, fuel-cycle and transport sectors.

During your time as a graduate process engineer, you will be part of a 2-year graduate scheme. This early exposure will equip you with the breadth of knowledge to ensure you start off with a strong footing in your career with us.

Within the Process Engineering discipline of Orano Limited, you will provide engineering support by delivering engineering reports and calculations to the required time, cost and quality under direction of engineers or senior engineers. There may be an opportunity to do secondments with other disciplines that you are interested in too.

Responsibilities

  • As a Graduate Process Engineer at Orano Limited, some of the specialist tasks you could be involved in are:
  • Production of design deliverables (e.g. drawings, reports or calculations) to agreed standards of safety, cost, quality and time.
  • Involvement in improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with process engineering elements of bids.
  • Comply with all legislative, regulatory and company policy standards and processes applicable to the role.

Close working relationships with other Orano sites and client sites may be required, which necessitates regular travel to those sites (dependent upon project).
