Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Graduate Process Engineer for a well-established UK manufacturer. This role offers full training, Six Sigma and PRINCE2 training, graded progression, and a clear path into production performance improvements across multiple departments.

You will work both office-based and on the factory floor, with a Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:00pm schedule, starting from a base salary of £35,000–£40,000 plus bonus and benefits, and secure pension and holiday provisions.

• Mechanical Degree (or closely related discipline).
• Useful to have process/manufacturing mindset with strong problem-solving and data skills.

This role would suit a graduate with a mechanical background, who is either looking to kickstart your career or already has some experience in a similar role.
