MWH Treatment is offering a three-year Graduate Programme in Process Engineering for graduates across the UK. You will rotate between design and on-site work, build practical knowledge, and be supported by mentors in a safety-focused environment.

Applicants should be curious, collaborative and eager to develop. The programme includes structured training, exposure to real projects, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related process discipline with 2:2 or above, or expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a diverse team.
