Job summary

UKNNL invites applications for a Process Design Engineering Graduate programme based in the Northwest of England. The two-year scheme offers hybrid working with opportunities across multiple sites and diverse projects in process engineering.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop technical skills, and contribute from concept to deployment. The programme includes structured development, mentoring, and professional recognition pathways within a supportive early-career network.

Qualifications

• To join the UKNNL graduate programme you will have graduated, or be on course to graduate, with a 2:1 or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• You will have the right to work in the UK, have lived in the UK for at least 5 years and be able to achieve SC level security clearance.
• You will be naturally curious with the drive and motivation to discover more about yourself and our business.
• You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a varied portfolio of Process Engineering tasks and projects.
• Work with teams across UKNNL sites to deliver fit-for-purpose engineering solutions.
• Experience the full project lifecycle from customer liaison to documentation and handover.
• Develop depth of knowledge and technical skills in a chosen area of the business.
