Job description

Graduate Teaching Assistants and aspiring PGCE students are required for Teaching Assistant roles in primary schools across Bolton.

Positions Available
  • Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Positions for Graduates and Aspiring PGCE Students

These roles involve working alongside experienced TAs and teachers to support your development. They are full-time positions starting immediately and in September for the full academic year.

Aspire People are recruiting graduates considering a career in primary education or teaching for roles starting in September. These roles offer full-time employment as a teaching assistant after completing your degree and provide a clear pathway to a school-based initial teacher training programme or PGCE application.

We collaborate with primary schools in Bolton eager to add several graduate teaching assistants to their staff.

Ideal Candidate
  • Some school/child-based experience preferred but not essential
  • Carrying out small group interventions focusing on maths, reading, writing, and speaking
  • Providing one-to-one support for SEN and lower ability students
  • Supporting general classroom activities
