Academics LTD are currently working with this fantastic Primary school in Westminster to recruit two Graduate Primary Teaching Assistants who are keen to start their careers in education. You will need to be a recent graduate in any subject but ideally have a passion for working with children and have some experience working with children such as youth work, childcare or in a school environment.

The two successful graduates will receive full training to be able to work as a general teaching assistant in Key Stage 2. This role will see you supporting in class, working with small groups of children to raise attainment in Maths and English and some 121 work.

You will be joining a friendly staff team who share best practice and enjoy their time at school. Children learn from a tailored enriched creative curriculum and display excellent behaviour. The school is based opposite their local station in the North West part of Westminster and is serviced by excellent transport links. Inside school you will find a happy team with a supportive Senior Leadership Team. It is a small school with a family ethos where everyone knows each other.

Applications would be most welcome from Graduates that have excellent communication skills both written and oral. You will need to be able to commit for the full academic year from September through to July and have an enthusiastic, can-do approach to work.
