Responsibilities

• Support the Planning team in the analysis of tender information and preparation of tender programmes.
• Support the Planning team in the preparation of master programmes.
• Analyse and support the Planning team in labour resource and plant planning.
• Assist in evaluating construction methods and techniques.
• Contribute to the preparation of prelims and procurement schedules.
• Support the Planning team in producing procurement and information schedules.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and sub-contract packages.
• Support planning team in client meetings and collaborative workshops.
• Produce graphical presentations using CAD and related tools.
• Coordinate distribution of programmes across stakeholders.
• Help ensure smooth running of the planning department.
