The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a supportive and forward-thinking planning consultancy. You'll work alongside experienced planners on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With tailored mentorship and clear progression pathways, this role offers the ideal platform to build a successful career in planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
  • Assisting with planning appraisals and policy research
  • Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Keeping up to date with changes in planning legislation and policy
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A keen interest in development and the UK planning system
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Previous work experience or a placement year (desirable but not essential)
