Graduate Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting senior planners with planning applications, policy work, and research.
  2. Preparing reports, presentations, and planning submissions.
  3. Assisting with site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.
  4. Engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and the public.
  5. Developing an understanding of local planning policy and regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a relevant degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  4. A passion for town planning, sustainability, and contributing to the future of urban development.
  5. Ideally, you’ll have some practical experience or relevant internships, though this is not essential.
