Job Title: Graduate Planner

We're working on behalf of a well-established, design-led housebuilder based in Kent to find a Graduate Planner with around one year of experience in the planning sector. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded residential developer known for delivering thoughtful, high-quality homes across the region.

The role

You'll support the planning team in identifying and promoting land opportunities and progressing residential developments through the planning system. The role offers broad exposure to the full planning lifecycle, with excellent mentoring from experienced professionals in a close-knit, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities:

Assist with planning applications, site appraisals, and strategy reports

What we're looking for:

A degree in Town Planning or a related subject (ideally RTPI-accredited)
