Job summary

Willmott Dixon in Bristol is launching a two-to-three-year Graduate Trainee Programme for a Planner. Based from our Bristol office, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Bristol, Somerset, and Gloucestershire, helping shape communities while earning a competitive salary and progression.

You’ll rotate through sites and functions including site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction, with real responsibility from day one and a buddy to support you.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Degree qualification by September 2027.
• Desirable exposure to construction via work experience or placements.
• Programme lasts 2–3 years with paid study and rotations.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate activities to keep projects on programme.
• Support delivery of live projects with responsibility from day one.
• Rotate across functions including site management, quantity surveying, design and preconstruction.
