Your Role

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

  • Collaborate with senior planners on exciting development projects.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and reports.
  • Engage with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.
  • Analyse data and policies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Develop your expertise in planning legislation and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • A passion for shaping sustainable, community-focused environments.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a professional team.
  • (Desirable) A master’s degree and/or eligibility for RTPI membership.
